How do I place an order?
To place an order, select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to enter your shipping address and payment information. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2-6 working days within Sweden. During peak season or when there are many orders at the same time, delivery times may be slightly longer. We always send a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your order.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. With this number you can follow your delivery in real time via our carrier's website.

What do I do if I want to return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Contact us for instructions on how to make a return. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
What happens if I receive a defective item?
Please note that our products are handmade and the recycled material creates natural variations in design, size, color and material, which also makes each piece unique. Should a product be broken or damaged, please contact us immediately.
Can I get gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping. You can also include a personal message with your gift if you email us about this directly after your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to make changes before your order has been shipped, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee any changes once it has left our warehouse.
